Now What?
With the recent conclusion of the College World Series—where LSU reigned supreme in the best of the three-game series, the crowning of the NBA champion in which the Los Angles Lakers defeated the Orlando Magic, and the raising of Lord Stanley’s Cup in honor of the NHL’s Pittsburgh Penguins’ victory in a rematch versus the Detroit Red Wings, many sports fans are asking, “Now what? Now what do I watch?”
As we enter into the dog days of summer, it is still a few days before Major League Baseball ‘s All-Star break and roughly two months before college and NFL football kicks into gear for another season.
Rather than reverting to watching billiards on ESPN to fill the time, I suggest investing and utilizing the 1,440 minutes you have each day. Whether it is creating family time, calling up an old friend, or simply taking time to rest from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, I challenge you to plan priorities and make the most of every moment you have this summer…and for the rest of the year.
